The highly popular HD400 Series is known for its durability and efficiency. Specifically, the 4-gallon (16-liter) HD400 model includes an internal mechanical agitator that effectively keeps powdered chemicals like kaolin clay and organic insecticides, as well as liquid chemical additives, suspended. It has been independently tested for over 1,500 continuous hours without any breakdowns and can be easily converted for right or left-hand operation. With just 6 handle pumps, it can achieve 45 psi, reducing operator fatigue.

This sprayer also features a convenient carry handle at the top of the tank, a handle lock, and spray lance lock for easy transportation between different job sites. The HD400 blue variant comes with a piston cup made from Santoprene® for a longer wear life, along with a Santoprene® seal, deluxe straps, a stainless steel wand, and a weight of 8.1 lbs.

The HD400Blue sprayer is highly efficient, requiring only 6 pumps to reach 45 psi, with the capability to go up to 65 psi. It can be adjusted for right or left-hand operation, making it versatile for different users. Furthermore, with paddle agitation, this sprayer can easily handle liquid and wettable powder herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides for weed control and crop protection. Even products like kaolin clay (e.g., Surround) work well with the HD400.

In terms of safety for operators, the inline piston pump mounted inside the tank reduces exposure to chemicals and is equipped with a Santoprene piston seal, tested to exceed a 1500-hour service life. The 4-gallon tank has a 4.1" opening, a deep strainer, a molded carry handle, accurate volume markings in gallons and liters, and the capacity to add chemicals without pre-mixing the entire solution.

Included with the HD400 are a 65" reinforced chemical-resistant hose, a trigger valve with lock and strainer, a 22" stainless steel wand with nozzle filter, and an adjustable nozzle for comfortable spraying.
